Dr. Webster has spent more than 30 years acquiring the necessary spiritual, educational, and professional experiences to function in a variety of settings and to effectively promote the growth of all. He is thoroughly committed to providing, facilitating, networking with resources, and developing partnerships that will provide opportunities to promote personal growth. He has acquired the skills to provide or facilitate the following: team building, conflict resolution, crisis intervention and response, marriage enrichment and assessing spiritual gifts. His bi-vocational and civic experiences during his pastoral experiences have given him the skills and experiences in providing, facilitating, networking, and partnering with a variety of community and religious resources to meet the needs of the people that God has given me the opportunity to serve.

Exceptionally skilled in clinical care for those struggling with internal brokenness seeking encouragement, peace, and hope.
